Rogers Wireless is Canada's leading wireless communications service provider. Rogers Wireless serves more than 6.2 million wireless voice and data subscribers and approximately 211,000 one-way messaging (paging) Rogers Wireless subscribers. The Rogers Wireless network provides coverage to approximately 94% of Canada's population.

While Customers generally agree that Rogers has a great network, Rogers Wireless suffers from 2 major customer complaints. Firstly that it will not unlock a customer's phone, even after the contract has been fulfilled or expired. And secondly that there is no unlimited data plan, even though Fido (which it aquired) had one prior to the acquisition. Rogers will also explain that customers may use a third party unlock service but that by doing so, they will void the warranty on their phones, even though unlocking is usually as simple as typing in a code.
